The following positions are needed for the 2008 season. If you are interested please contact Tim Ebersole or another board member.

Concessions Committee

Duties include:

(1)  Concession equipment control and acquisition

(2)  Concession equipment maintenance

(3)  Concession operations

We have a new concessions manager and he will need help with scheduling, purchasing food and drinks, inventory control etc...

Field Managers

Duties Include:

(1)    Dragging and lining fields

(2)    Emptying trash cans

Uniform Manager

Duties Include:

(1)    Purchasing of uniforms for all baseball & softball players

(2)    Organizing uniform handout

Sign Committee

Duties include:

(1)   Soliciting businesses for sign purchase

(2)   Purchasing of signs

Board Member

Board Secretary - attend monthly meeting, prepare monthly meeting minutes, assist with newsletter and registration paperwork.

Coaches

Coaches are needed for several levels:

Girls Pinto (7-8 year olds)

Girls Mustang (9-10 year olds)

Girls Pony (13-14 year olds)

Possibly Boys Bronco (11-12 year olds)

If you are a parent and would like to coach, and are not sure how. We now have an online coaching course available that we will provide free of charge to you. This course is put on by ASEP and is an excellent course. I have completed it and it takes a little over 4 hours to complete and can be completed at you leisure.
