**Anyone registering after 2/29/2010 will be assessed a late registration fee of $25.00 per player**

 

  • ELIGIBLE PLAYERS

    •

    BOYS AGES 5 through 18 (age on May 1st, 2010)

    GIRLS AGES 5 through 18 (age on January 1st, 2010)

    *Birth Certificates required for first time players*

    *Instructional programs for 5/6 year old boys and girls*

    Families that do not sell at least $100.00 worth of fundraising will be assessed an additional fee of $50.00 per player or $100.00 per family if more than one player.

    REGISTRATION FEES

    $30.00 for ONE player

    $50.00 for TWO players

    $60.00 for a family of THREE or more
